Equipped with a 500w wind controller for a British customer's wind turbine

For a long time, customers have been troubled by false power standards. Customers requested 3KW winds, but received 1KW or even less power. This not only prevents customers from receiving sufficient power supply in a timely manner, but also makes many investments in vain.

One of our UK customers encountered such a problem. When this customer purchased a wind turbine, the supplier did not tell him that the wind turbine needed to be used with a controller, nor did he require him to purchase a wind turbine controller.

Therefore, after receiving the goods, he found that the wind turbine could not be used. But since he could no longer find his previous supplier, he came to us to buy a wind energy controller.

He told us that he needed a 2KW wind controller, so we asked him for the relevant specifications of the wind turbine and battery. But because he could not find the supplier and could not obtain these data, we asked him to send product photos and dimensions so that we could judge.

As soon as we saw the photo sent by the customer, we knew he had been deceived. This was a horizontal axis wind turbine with a maximum power of 500W, far less than 2kw.

Judging from this case, if we did not understand the customer's situation responsibly, but directly provided him with a 2KW wind controller, the customer would face the following problems:

1. Payment for excessive demand

2. Because it is not compatible with the battery system, the wind turbine does not work or poses a safety hazard.

Therefore, when purchasing wind turbines, you must pay attention to:

1. Choose a honest supplier. When purchasing, ask for the length and diameter of the blades, the weight of the wind turbine, the type of generator and other relevant specification. Don't just focus on price.

2. When purchasing, be sure to purchase it together with the wind controller to reduce subsequent troubles. Safety first, so inquiry with specialized supplier.
